No Returns or Refunds - All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

       Change of mind

       Wrong size ordered

       Style preference or fit issues

       Color differences from screen display

       Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with normal manufacturing

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy. 


Exception: Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a full refund or replacement (at our sole discretion) if your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.

What Qualifies for Refund/Replacement

       Shipping damage: Visible damage upon arrival, including torn packaging, broken items, crushed boxes, or water damage

       Manufacturing defects: Broken zippers, missing components, faulty stitching, seams coming apart, or non-functional features

       Incorrect items: Products that do not match the description on our website, including wrong color, size, material, or style sent in error

What Does NOT Qualify

       Normal wear and tear from use

       Damage resulting from improper use, care, or washing

       Minor cosmetic imperfections (small thread pulls, slight color variations) that do not affect functionality

       Buyer's remorse or change of preference

       Items damaged after delivery or during customer possession


How to Request a Refund or Replacement for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Notify Us Promptly

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot guarantee acceptance of damage claims.

       Your order number

       Clear, high-resolution photos of:

      The damaged or defective item from multiple angles

      The original product packaging (box, bag, tags)

      The shipping box or mailer (if applicable)

       Detailed description of the issue

Step 2: Review Process

Our customer service team will review your claim within 48 business hours and notify you of approval or denial via email.

We may request additional photos or information to complete our evaluation.

Step 3: Resolution

If your claim is approved:

       Refund Option: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval

       Replacement Option: New item shipped at no cost to you; original damaged item may be kept or disposed of (return not required)

       Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item is usable with minor defects

If your claim is denied:

You will receive an explanation. Decisions are final, but you may contact us if you believe there was an error in our evaluation.


Shipping and Delivery Inspection

       Inspect immediately: Please examine your order upon receipt. Report any visible shipping damage to the carrier and to us within 24 hours

       Document delivery: We recommend recording an unboxing video for high-value items. This provides additional evidence if a damage claim becomes necessary

       Carrier claims: For severe shipping damage where the outer box is visibly crushed or torn, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier in addition to contacting us


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

       Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval (timing depends on your bank)

       PayPal: 3-5 business days

       Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days

Note: Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the error was on our part (wrong item sent, defective product).
